Las Posadas Celebration

As we celebrate Las Posadas at Kavas Tacos, each of the nine nights brings a new holiday cocktail to the table. Starting on December 16, we will introduce a new drink every evening, building up to a full lineup by Christmas Eve.

  Day 1: Golden Apple Mule — $14

  Monday, December 16
  Start the celebration with the Golden Apple Mule. This cocktail combines Tito’s vodka with apple juice, ginger beer, and a dash of nutmeg to give it that warm, holiday kick. The perfect drink to kick off Las Posadas at Kavas.

  Day 2: Santa’s Cookietini — $14

  Tuesday, December 17
  On the second night, enjoy Santa’s Cookietini, a sweet mix of horchata liqueur, Diplomatico rum, and Irish cream, topped with a cookie crumb rim. It is all about building the holiday spirit, one delicious drink at a time.

  Day 3: Cider Mill Margarita — $16

  Wednesday, December 18
  Wednesday brings the Cider Mill Margarita to the lineup. A mix of Gran Centenario reposado, Grand Marnier, apple cider, and lemon with a hint of cinnamon and clove syrup. Sip on this alongside Santa’s Cookietini and the Golden Apple Mule.

  Day 4: Krampus — $14

  Thursday, December 19
  Things get a little bolder with the Krampus cocktail, featuring 1800 añejo, hibiscus syrup, fresh watermelon, and lime, with a hibiscus rim. This drink adds a vibrant and flavorful twist to the lineup. Previous days’ cocktails are still available.

  Day 5: The Christmas Jewel — $18

  Friday, December 20
  Friday night calls for something special, and The Christmas Jewel delivers. This cocktail mixes Casamigos reposado with pomegranate liqueur, Otto’s Athens vermouth, lime, soda, and an edible shimmer for that extra sparkle.

  Day 6: The Chimney Sweep — $22

  Saturday, December 21
  On Saturday, we introduce The Chimney Sweep, a rich cocktail of Milagro añejo, Fireball, pineapple juice, lemon, agave, and chocolate bitters. Finished with a toasted cinnamon stick, this drink is all about deep holiday flavors.

  Day 7: Christmas Cactus — $19

  Sunday, December 22
  Sunday night is perfect for the Christmas Cactus. This spicy, fresh cocktail combines Gran Centenario añejo, Tanteo Habanero, lime, simple syrup, and fresh orange for a unique twist. All the earlier drinks are still available.

  Day 8: Barbie’s Ski Vacation — $16

  Monday, December 23
  As the weekend ramps up, so does the fun with Barbie’s Ski Vacation. Butterfly Canon blue tequila, Smirnoff spicy tamarind vodka, watermelon, and Agavero orange liqueur come together to create this vibrant drink.

  Day 9: Red Noel Sangria — $10

  Tuesday, December 24
  On Christmas Eve, we wrap up Las Posadas with Red Noel Sangria. This fruity drink is a combination of red wine with blackberry brandy, cinnamon syrup, triple sec, lemon-lime soda, and orange juice. Guests get to keep the festive cup!

Each day at Kavas, a new holiday cocktail is added, with all nine available by the final day.
